How to solve We can’t complete your purchase of Office 365 in the Microsoft store you’re in

If you're having issue and get this message in Microsoft Store:  We can’t complete your purchase of Office 365 in the Microsoft store you’re in. Please select the store in your billing region so we can process your order. 

mostly likely it's caused by the original subscription that you've purchased doesn't match with the current store that you are in. 

to confirm this go to https://commerce.microsoft.com/ 
























1. click Payment & billing 
2. click Overview
3. Click the dropdown and select one of them one by one 

You'll see that your microsoft office 365 is under the different store that you are currently in. 

To solve this you can call Microsoft and ask them to change the billing subscription to your current country that you are residing.

1. sign in with your Microsoft account
2. change the store on the top right


3. Just click buy :)
